Conval Court, Aberlour

The sheltered housing scheme at Conval Court, Aberlour was built in 1992 and consists of 6 cottages and 8 flats, grouped around an attractive landscaped courtyard. There is a small residents lounge and kitchen, which is used for social activities, but there is no communal laundry or guest room at the scheme.

All properties have individual gas fired central heating systems and there is a Scheme Manager call system and fire alarm system throughout the scheme.

We provide a Housing Support service 5 days each week at this scheme.   The Scheme Manager is normally on duty from 9 am - 1 pm, Monday - Friday.   When the Scheme Manager is not on duty, support for tenants is provided by RCC/Community Alarm, whose staff can initiate appropriate action to assist.

Aberlour is located in central Moray, 15 miles south of Elgin on the River Spey. The local Health Centre is attached to the Fleming Community Hospital. There are a range of local shops and businesses in Aberlour, along with community groups and leisure activities in the town and beyond. Public transport links Aberlour to Elgin and other settlements in Speyside and Moray.
