We now employ tradesmen who can assist with minor work such as:

  • Plumbing
  • Electrical Work
  • Joinery Work
  • Painting & decorating
  • Small tasks
  • Minor roof repairs (single storey only)
  • Garden tidy

A charge of £15 or £25 per hour (plus vat) is made for the service dependent on the client's financial circumstances. All material costs are fully recharged. For further information on costs and type of work undertaken, please contact the service direct.

If we are unable to provide tradesmen ‘in house’ for the work required, we will provide a list of local reputable contractors who will carry out the work.
