Cuminestown

A small rural village situated just a few miles from Turriff. Our small scheme of single storey cottages for rent is situated in a quiet and attractive part of the village surrounded by trees and adjacent to the doctor's surgery.

In 2009 the association installed an air source heating system. The units have been installed inside the cottages; the heat pumps heat the home and provide hot water. There is also a wet system with Low Surface Temperature (LST) radiators, each of which has a thermostatic valve fitted together with a remote room thermostat fitted in the living rooms of each cottage.
