Amenity Housing for Older Chinese people
Castlehill has 8 flats in Aberdeen allocated to older people from the Chinese community. The association employs a Support Worker for 3 hours per week, particularly to provide translation services and to assist residents to access the services they need.
In all our Housing Support services, each tenant has their own Housing Support Plan which details how support will be delivered and each tenant is totally involved in completing the plan and agreeing how their needs should be met.

The Care Commission is the government agency set up to regulate a wide range of care and support providers across Scotland. The Care Commission regulates and inspects our services to ensure that the government’s
National Care Standards on housing support are being met. Complaints about any registered care or support service can also be referred to the Care Commission.
