VISITING MANAGER (part-time) - Conval Court, Aberlour

Salary:  £5,574

You will provide a Housing Support service for tenants in our sheltered housing complex of 14 properties at Conval Court, Aberlour.

Hours of work are from 9 am - 12 noon, Monday - Friday.

Applicants should be caring individuals, with previous experience in a housing, health or social care environment.

CARETAKER - Berryden Mills & Bob Cooney Court, Berryden, Aberdeen

Salary:  £12,234     35 hrs/week

You will provide services for tenants at our Berryden Mills and Bob Cooney Court developments in Berryden Road, Aberdeen.   Duties include cleaning and supervision of communal areas, management of car parking facilities and liaison with colleagues and contractors.

You must be approachable and capable of dealing with people in a caring and sensitive manner.

RELIEF MANAGER (part-time) - 6 Raeburn Place, Rosemount, Aberdeen

Salary:  £5,202

You will provide a Housing Support service for tenants in our sheltered housing complex of 13 properties at 6 Raeburn Place, Rosemount, Aberdeen.

Hours of work are from 9 am - 1 pm on 2 days per week, sleeping over at the scheme from 11 pm - 9 am 'on call' for 2 nights.   You will also work additional hours to cover the scheme Manager's holidays and sickness.  Payment for additional hours worked will be at the appropriate shift rate (currently £50.05).

RELIEF HOUSING SUPPORT WORKER - Dalvenie Gardens, Banchory       

Rate of pay:  £139.96   (for a 24 hr shift, including sleepover allowance)

You will provide a Housing Support service for tenants at our very sheltered housing scheme at Dalvenie Gardens, Banchory, working on an ‘as and when required’ basis to provide cover when regular staff are absent on holiday, or due to sickness.  Normally, staff work a 24 hour shift at the scheme, including sleepover.

'CASUAL' RELIEF HOUSING SUPPORT STAFF    

Castlehill provides a Housing Support service for residents in 21 sheltered housing schemes - 6 of which are in Aberdeen City and 15 in Aberdeenshire/Moray [see Our Homes - map of properties]

As well as our regular Housing Support staff, we need individuals who are willing to work on an 'as and when required' basis, to provide 'casual' relief cover for regular staff holidays and sickness.

Applicants for Housing Support posts should be caring individuals and, ideally, should have previous experience in a housing, health or social care environment.
