Laurencekirk is a rural village situated in the heart of the beautiful Mearns farmland, just off the A90, the main trunk road between Aberdeen and Dundee. The village has a good range of shops and local amenities with transport links to Stonehaven and Montrose.
Garvock Court, where we have both shared ownership cottages and flats for rent is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac midway along the main street.
