A busy and attractive seaside town on the main route south from Aberdeen, Stonehaven has a wealth of facilities and amenities to suit all age groups. Our properties at
Cowie Mill, which include both shared ownership flats and flats for rent, are situated in a quiet and attractive location beside the River Cowie, within easy walking distance of the town centre. Our flats
for rent at Mary Street are in the heart of
the town and those at Mineralwell View are situated just beyond Cowie Mill, within the grounds of an old distillery.
At the 23 flat sheltered accommodation at St Johns Court,there is lift access to all floors and a door entry system at the main entrance. There is a
Scheme Manager call system and fire alarm system throughout the scheme.
We provide a Housing
Support service 7 days each week at St John's Court.
We employ a Manager and a Relief Manager to do so, and they
are normally on duty each day from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, with a
one hour flexible break for lunch between 12.00 - 2.00 pm.
When staff are not on duty, support for tenants is provided
by RCC/Community Alarm, whose staff can initiate appropriate
action to assist.
