Advice re: Allpay Direct Debits

You may have received a letter from Allpay  about taking a direct debit for your rent.  We would like to assure you that this is a legitimate letter and Allpay will be taking direct debits on our behalf from now on.

We already use Allpay for payments and are very happy with their system.  We have moved to Allpay to collect direct debits to allow us to offer tenants more dates to take payment.  Previously we have only been able to take payments on the 1st of the month.

 

Your direct debit payment will be taken on the 1st of the month as usual, and you don’t need to do anything differently.  We do have letters on their way to our tenants explaining this change.  Ideally you should have received a letter from Castlehill before the letter from Allpay and we apologise for any confusion or concerns caused.
