The Communications Officer role is responsible for supporting delivery of an effective and professional communications and media function across a broad range of areas for CHA and its subsidiaries. Develop and maintain the website and undertake copy writing, press releases and develop the branding guidelines. The role with work with the TP officer on external newsletters and the Landlord report.
Corporate Compliance Officer
The role of Corporate Compliance Officer is to provide an efficient and effective corporate compliance service to the Management Committee and SMT. Ensuring the Association meets all its regulatory obligations. The Officer will be responsible for Data protection, handle Freedom of Information requests and co-ordinate the data for the ARC return and development of reports to assist this.
Corporate Services Officer
The Corporate Services Officer role is to provide administrative support to Corporate Services and HR, with responsibilities for servicing the CHA Management Committee meetings
Corporate Services Administrative Assistant
The role of Corporate Services Administrative Assistant is to provide HR and Corporate Services with administrative support, issuing papers and taking notes for staff meetings and various board meetings and oversee use of office equipment, requesting maintenance when required and carrying out meter readings and Fire Alarm tests.
The role of HR Advisor is to provide strategic and generalist HR services. Role will cover amongst other things, advising on policies to comply with current legislation and advise managers on current best practice for people management. Develop effective employee relations and co-ordinate and facilitate staff consultations. Advisor will also be responsible for servicing various committees and act as main contact point.
