The Clerk of Works’ essential role is to ensure that the work in all building contracts and planned maintenance programmes is carried out properly and in accordance with Technical Standards and Castlehill’s specifications/requirements. Building contracts may include conversion, new build and major repairs (planned maintenance programmes) to existing properties.
The Development Manager role is to generate and manage a new build development programme for the Association. Role is responsible for strategy development and stock condition data relating to the Associations property assets and to develop opportunities for business growth and innovation.
The Technical Assistant role is to assist the Development Team by providing technical and administrative support to the Development Manager across a range of tasks relating to new build housing and managing existing housing assets. Role is required to carry out specific tasks relating to organising adaptations and provision of heating and energy advice to tenants.
