Castlehill Housing Trust Manager role is to contribute to the development of the strategic priorities and plans for the Castlehill Housing Trust, subsidiary of CHA which provides housing for those with complex and evolving needs throughout the North East of Scotland. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with various authorities, funding bodies and other relevant agencies.
Senior Housing Services Officer will assist the Housing Services Manager to deliver the day to day operational management of all aspects of Housing Management including arrears, voids, allocations, estate management and anti-social behaviour for all the Association’s stock. The role of Senior Housing Support Officer will oversee all aspects of the Association’s Housing Support Services to ensure an excellent and compliant service to all tenants. Post holder will ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate and SSSC registration requirements and for contracts commissioned by local authorities and is responsible for managing housing support staff within the sheltered housing and key project services.
The role of Housing Officer is to provide a high-quality comprehensive front line housing management service to tenants, sharing owners and applicants in accordance with the Association’s policies, sector good practice and relevant legislation. The role involves acting as the main point of contact for tenants regarding all tenancy matters including rent payments, anti-social behaviour, estate management and allocations.
The Income Management Officer working with advice of Housing Management and Finance teams ensures the efficient collection of former tenants rent arrears, former and current tenant rechargeable repairs, legal fees debt and any other sales ledger debts, taking prompt action in accordance with debt recovery policies. The post also ensures the recovery of Care & Repair debt with respect to Castlehill Solutions & Affordable Warmth scheme.
The Estate Management Assistant role is the service liaison with Housing Support Service providers, tenants and contractors in the sheltered schemes in Aberdeen City. The purpose of this role is to assist tenants in maintaining a safe and secure environment, completing building checks and liaising with departments re repairs.
The part time Housing Support Worker (Key Project) role is to provide direct support to several Castlehill residents in Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire, underpinned by a flexible approach to meeting individual needs. Housing Support from the Key Project aims to assist vulnerable people who may otherwise be at risk of homelessness through loss of their tenancy.
The role of Scheme Manager involves providing a housing support service to tenants in a sheltered complex; maintaining a safe living environment for their wellbeing, in accordance with the Association’s policies and procedures, and regulated by the Care Inspectorate, in accordance with National Care Standards and SSSC codes of practice. The role requires promotion of independence, dignity, choices, equal opportunities, security, privacy, confidentiality, rights and well-being of service users.

This includes rent systems, management of QL system and all Housing management records and filing systems. The Administrative Assistant role is to assist in all administrative systems providing administrative support on the QL system, HM records, letter writing to tenants and maintenance and filing of documents connected with tenancies.
