Property Services Manager

The Property Services Manager will manage the delivery of all property services to tenants, sharing owners and owners for the Association and its subsidiaries, ensuring good quality and value for money. The role should provide dynamic leadership of the Property Services Department, promoting a performance-based culture. The post holder must demonstrate a commitment to Castlehill’s values, aims and objectives.

Senior Property Services Officer

The role of Senior Property Services Officer is to assist with the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance service to tenants, sharing owners and owners of the Association and its subsidiaries. The Officer will line manage a team of staff delivering front line customer and technical services, work collaboratively with the PSM and Development Manager to use appropriate resources to deliver day to day repairs and planned maintenance contracts. Role will also be required to provide technical advice to the property services team, internal and external customers.

Property Services Officer

The role of Property Services Officer is to provide front line reactive maintenance support to the tenancies of Castlehill. Liasing with tenants and contractors to use appropriate resources to deliver day to day repairs and maintenance.

Customer Services Officer

The Customer Service Officer will provide front line customer service to tenants, reporting defects or requesting repairs. Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the Property service responsibilities. The role will also assist in provision of a right first time reactive and planned maintenance service for customers whilst ensure proper recording of all property maintenance functions in line with internal and regulatory guidance.

Property Services Administrator

The Property Services Administration Officer role is liaising with customers and contractors to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the Associations Property service responsibilities. The Officer will ensure proper recording of all property maintenance functions in line with internal and regulatory guidance and aid the department to provide a right first time reactive and planned maintenance service for customers.

Maintenance Joiner

The Maintenance Joiner will provide a small scale maintenance service Castlehill, Castlehill Trust and Castlehill Solutions properties in and around Aberdeen and carry out allocated works orders in both occupied and unoccupied properties in line with the Association’s maintenance policies.

Customer Services Assistant

The role of Customer Services Assistant for the property services department will liaise with customers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the Association’s Property service responsibilities. Assist the department to deliver the Association’s aim to provide a right first time reactive and planned maintenance service for customers and ensure proper recording of all property maintenance functions in line with internal guidance.
