Turfhill Court information afternoon – November 23rd

If you are considering sheltered housing for you or a loved one, why not come to Turfhill Court and see what is on offer?

Castlehill is hosting an information afternoon at our sheltered housing scheme on the Main Street in the village of New Deer on Friday 23rd November from 2pm – 4pm. Perhaps if you are considering Sheltered Housing for yourself or for a loved one, you would maybe like to see the facilities offered by the Association in this area.

The information afternoon will enable people to see the facilities and ask questions of our team, while enjoying some tea and homebakes. Our Sheltered flats in this scheme are made up of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with a walk in shower.  Turfhill Court is a 13 flat complex, spread over two blocks and residents have access to a number of communal facilities where they can meet their neighbours and get to know people. The scheme also benefits from two guest rooms where residents’ friends and family can stay for short periods for a small fee.

A large village 30 Miles north of Aberdeen, New Deer has good transport links to Ellon and Peterhead and connections to Aberdeen that run twice a day. The village has a health centre, Pharmacy, Chiropodist and there is also a church, bank, post office and a supermarket as well as a butcher and various shops. There are ample societies operating in the village which would give tenants a great way to meet people and become part of the village.
