Please be aware that the property may be currently occupied and you should not directly approach anyone who may be living in the property. You need to make sure that you are tenancy ready and have considered how you will pay your rent (which is payable in advance), your moving costs & how you will furnish and floor any property you are offered.
Rent is payable from the start of a tenancy and payable in advance e.g. January's rent is due on or before 1st January. Rent must be paid on the day of signing for the tenancy. You will then be required to set-up a monthly rent payment, i.e. Direct Debit.
