Office opening times are:
Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm
Friday 9am – 4pm
Wednesday we open at 10.30am due to staff training
Please note we no longer accept cash payments at the office – payments can still be made via debit card by phone 01224 625822.
Remember you can report repairs via the website or the repairs line 01224 628104.
If you smell gas:
Put out all cigarettes
Not use any naked flames, matches or use any electrical light switch or socket
Open doors and windows to get rid of the gas
Turn off the gas supply at the meter
Report the leak to Scottish Gas Networks on Freephone 0800 111 999
(Independent Living/Very Sheltered) Report to your Scheme co-ordinator as soon as possible

The Association is thrilled to be able to share that it has won the prestigious TPAS award for Involving Tenants in shaping or scrutinising services. The basis of which is the work done collectively by SMT, Housing Services, and HR, involving tenants and staff leading to the incredibly successful launch of Independent Living across the region.
