There is lift access to all floors.  Central heating is provided by a gas fired central boiler.  

Rent and service charge is paid to the Housing Association (landlord). Part of the service charge is for heating; £35.7 (not eligible for benefits). Choosing an electric supplier is the tenants responsibility. 

A team of Support Workers employed by Aberdeenshire Council is on duty 24 hours each day to provide appropriate support to tenants. The support and care charge is levied at £775.89 per week there is also a compulsory meals charge of £35.00 per person per week. The support and meals charges are administered by Aberdeenshire Council. This is managed by the council. 

The scheme is linked to a large Resources centre built and operated by Aberdeenshire Council.  There is also a residents' lounge and kitchen, laundry and two guest bedrooms where tenants' relatives or friends can stay for a small charge. 

Dalvenie Gardens is situated in the town of Banchory.  Banchory is a town located in 'Royal Deeside' approximately 18 miles from Aberdeen City.

In Banchory there are a wide range of services and facilities available including a health centre, shops and other businesses and various social and leisure options.
