The law sets out clear timescales for landlords to investigate and deal with reports of damp and mould also act where repairs are required within the required timescales.
Castlehill Housing Association (CHA) has a policy and procedure in place, clearly providing information on how we must deal with reports of damp and mould. CHA will take all reasonable steps to comply with Awaab’s law to ensure our tenants homes are free from damp and mould. Please contact CHA as soon as possible to report any signs of mould or damp.
