We have a new cleaning survey for schemes with a communal cleaning service live on the My Home Portal and if you fill it in you have the chance to win a £100 of Housing Perks vouchers.
Surveys on communal services like cleaning and garden maintenance gives the Association an opportunity to see what is working and what is not. Your feedback helps ensure that we can provide the best service possible.
Your survey can be found on the My Feedback tile in My Home and should take a few minutes to complete.
The tenant portal can be used it to view your tenancy information, manage your rent account, make payments, report repairs, and download important letters and documents relating to your tenancy and should make managing your tenancy easier.
If you have yet to sign up for My Home, please look out for an email or letter with details of the quick and easy sign up process. If you would prefer a printed version of the cleaning survey please ask a member of staff.
The survey will be available for the next few weeks, and we encourage you to get involved and get in the draw.
