Just a quick reminder that if you have received a survey recently about the cleaning of communal areas that it closes on August 31st.
Surveys on communal services like cleaning and garden maintenance gives the Association an opportunity to see what is working and what is not. Your feedback helps ensure that we can provide the best service possible.
Your survey can be found on the My Feedback tile in My Home and should take a few minutes to complete on the My Home Portal and if you fill it in you will be entered into a draw to win a £100 of Housing Perks vouchers.
