We are delighted to report that our latest Annual Return on the Charter has been published.

It highlights our performance over the past year and how we are working to deliver the best possible services for our tenants.We have also published a shortened version of the results in the same places, and are delighted to tell you that our Tenant Satisfaction survey shows that of those tenants who responded to the survey 3 out of 4 were satisfied with the service they were given.
We are hoping to build upon this and continue to strive to be a leading provider of social housing in the NorthEast.
