About Us

Castlehill Housing Association has been providing affordable homes and support services across Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, and Moray since 1970.  We operate across Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray.   

We employ over 90 staff to deliver the services of a Registered Social and staff are based at our head office in Carden Place, Aberdeen, and across our Independent Living properties. 

We are governed by a voluntary Management Committee who oversee the work of the Association.  Members are committed to the Association’s objectives, and in particular the provision of quality housing and support work for more vulnerable members of the community.  

Like every registered social landlord, we are regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator and work to ensure we meet their requirements for high standards in housing and services.
