Scottish Housing Regulation

We are regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR).  The regulator checks how we are performing and publishes information about all housing associations in Scotland.  Castlehill’s engagement plan with the Scottish Housing Regulator is available to read here.

How to raise complaints and serious concerns to the SHR is available here.

Registered Social Landlords are required to be open and transparent about our work and performance.  Castlehill is committed to ensuring easy access to this information.  We publish information about the Association through a range of publications available on this site and our Newsletter ‘Castlehill Connects.’  We also regularly publish information on our website.

There is information that we provide to organisations like the Scottish Housing Regulator, The Care Inspectorate, the Office of Scottish Charity Regulator and the Financial Conduct Authority, all of which is accessible to the public.
