With the price cap for energy likely to rise again in October, it makes sense to issue a reminder that the warm home discount scheme gives a one-off payment of £150 to those who are likely to struggle to pay their energy bills during the colder winter months.

Our Eco 4 works are continuing. Castlehill has put in bids for the Scottish Government’s net zero fund for external funding for work which goes someway to achieving our net zero goals.

Over summer our grounds maintenance contractors will be conducting their usual activities, cutting grass, and ensuring that the communal spaces around our schemes look their best.
