The village of Finzean is located between Banchory and Aboyne, close to the Water of Feugh, some 28 miles west of Aberdeen. There is a shop with limited post office facilities in Finzean Farm shop located 1 mile away from Farquharson Court, the nearest supermarket being in Banchory. Medical and dental practices are available in both Banchory and Aboyne.
Farquharson Court consists of 9 cottages grouped around attractive landscaped courtyard areas. There is a residents’ lounge and kitchen, laundry and a guest bedroom where visiting friends and relatives can stay for a small fee, booked through the Castlehill main office. There is a fire alarm system throughout the scheme.
