The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 gives you the right to access information held by us.
We have adopted the Model Publication Scheme 2018 produced and approved by the Scottish Information Commissioner which can be viewed in Publication Scheme Resources at the Scottish Information Commissioner website. We have committed to making certain classes of information available, such as policies and procedures, minutes of meetings, annual reports and financial information.
A paper copy of any information pertaining to FOI is available, but you may be charged the cost of printing and postage.
Under the legislation, we may withhold information if there is a good reason for doing so. If we withhold information, we will let you know why. If you disagree with our reasons you can ask us to review our decision.
