You should never make alterations to your property without discussion with your Property Service Officer and written permission from Castlehill.
To discuss alterations, you should call your Property Services Officer on 01224 625822. Written permission must be obtained before going ahead with any changes to your home. If you carry out alterations without approval, you will be recharged for the cost of restoring the property to its previous condition. A form is available to download and email to the office.
We have a programme of planned refurbishment and upgrades for updating kitchens and bathrooms across our schemes over the next few years. Work is carried out dependent upon the age and condition of the property and meet and continue to meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) and the Energy Efficiency Standard for Scottish Housing (EESSH).
