Aboyne is a small town 12 miles from Banchory and 26 miles from Aberdeen. Local facilities include a health centre, small hospital, supermarket, shops, swimming pool, golf course, tennis courts and a bowling green.
Our shared ownership cottages are located on the eastern edge of the village adjacent to the golf club. Built in 1991, there are 11 x two bedroom houses with electric heating. Residents here look after their own front garden areas whilst Castlehill maintains the communal landscaped area.
