Braemar is located on Upper Deeside, 56 miles to the west of Aberdeen and 16 miles from Ballater. There is a range of facilities available including a medical practice, chemist, post office, shops, services and community groups.
Kindrochit Court was built in 1989 and consists of 11 flats in a single-storey block building. There is a large residents’ lounge, kitchen, laundry and a guest bedroom where friends and relatives can stay overnight, which can be booked through the Castlehill main office.
