Echt is a small village located about 12 miles from Aberdeen. There is a post office, shop and hotel in Echt, with medical practices available in Banchory and Westhill, a few miles from the village.
Nethermains Court consists of 8 linked cottages and 4 flats. There is a residents’ lounge, kitchen, a laundry and a guest bedroom where tenants’ relatives or friends can stay.

These schemes promote Independent Living with the capacity to signpost tenants to other services should needs change to allow you to live independently in the home for as long as possible. Our schemes have Community Alarm systems so tenants can call for help in the event of an emergency. When staff are not at the scheme, Community Alarm provides assistance.
