Newtonhill is located on the coast 10 miles south of Aberdeen. Newtwonhill has good public transport links both to Aberdeen or the south. There is a health centre at Portlethen, which is close by, and in Newtonhill itself there is a church, community centre, library, bowling club and shops.
Newtonvale Court consists of 4 cottages and 9 flats in a link property site set in landscaped grounds. There is a residents’ lounge and kitchen that is used for a range of social activities. There is no communal laundry or guest room at the scheme.
