These are houses and flats available for rent to any household over the age of 16. The properties range in size from studio flats to four-bedroom houses, although most are between one and three bedrooms. Some of our blocks of flats have services such as gardening or communal stair cleaning provided. No dogs are allowed in our flatted properties, though house cats may be considered. One dog or cat is allowed in the houses.
