Kintore is a popular village about 13 miles north-west from Aberdeen and 5 miles from Inverurie. There are good local amenities including two small supermarkets, a medical centre and two primary schools. There is a regular bus service into Aberdeen and Inverurie along the A96.
Our scheme at Deers Den consists of 24 flats. 18 x one and 6 x two-bedroom flats. The flats are each allocated a car park space and there is further on-street parking nearby.
The scheme is close to the bus route to Aberdeen and Inverurie and is in the catchment area for Kintore Primary School and Kemnay Academy.
No dogs are permitted in this scheme – although permission may be granted for up to 2 house cats.
