Braemar is located on Upper Deeside, 56 miles to the west of Aberdeen and 16 miles from Ballater. There is a range of facilities available in Braemar including a medical practice, chemist, post office, shops, services and community groups. There is limited public transport available to Aberdeen and beyond.

Car parking is available at the scheme. Invercauld Gardens is within the catchment area for Braemar Primary and Aboyne Academy.
