Stonehaven is a coastal town, located about 16 miles south of Aberdeen. It has lots of facilities, including many shops, supermarkets, medical centre, dentist and community groups. As well as a bus service, Stonehaven has a train station providing access to Aberdeen and beyond.
We have 23 flats at St John’s Court, with lift access to all floors and a door entry system at the main entrance. There is a scheme manager call system and fire alarm system throughout the scheme.

These schemes promote Independent Living with the capacity to signpost tenants to other services should needs change to allow you to live independently in the home for as long as possible. Our schemes have Community Alarm systems so tenants can call for help in the event of an emergency. When staff are not at the scheme, Community Alarm provides assistance.
