Our Eco 4 works are continuing. Castlehill has put in bids for the Scottish Government’s net zero fund for external funding for work which goes someway to achieving our net zero goals.

We have already conducted Eco 4 works at Cromar Court. This included replacing windows and doors with UPVC triple glazing. Fitting of solar panels with battery storage and replacing an oil-fired central plant heating system with individual air source heat pumps.
