Remember holidays will delay Direct Debits
Those who pay your rent by direct debit, please remember that the holidays will mean that your direct debit will be taken later than usual.

Rent is a priority bill and your payment will come out of your bank account on Friday January 2nd 2026, instead of the 1st of the month. This is due to the banks being closed on the 1st of January.
Please ensure that you have money in your account to ensure that your rent is paid on time.
