Why don’t you sign up for My Home!

Psst – have you signed up for My Home?  Castlehill’s new tenant portal is the easiest way to manage your Castlehill tenancy.

The portal gives you the ability to pay your rent, report repairs and keep your tenancy up to date, as well as registering household and contact detail changes, accessing documents which are linked to your account and requesting your PSO or HO get in touch with you.

To date we have about 25% of the tenant population registered and the feed back is brilliant with people finding it ‘easy to use’ and ‘helpful way of accessing important documents.’

In December we have had:

  • 4 suggestions
  • 17 documents downloaded
  • 1 email changed
  • 11 get in touch forms filled out
  • 8 phone numbers changed
  • 4 repair surveys
  • 44 repair requests
  • 19 household details changed

First time registering for the portal is really simple, it will require your name, date of birth, postcode and email address and you will need your tenancy number.

Once registered you will only need your name and password to log in.  There is also the way for a family member or friend to register on your behalf and help you manage your tenancy.
