Problems paying?

We understand sometimes you may have difficulty paying your rent.

Your Housing Officer will be able to offer advice and signpost you to agencies who can offer budgeting advice. You must contact them should you face a change in your circumstances.  If you do not pay your rent, action may be taken which could put you at risk of losing your home.

Debt Management

Should you fall behind with your rent, please contact your Housing Officer before it becomes unmanageable. Our staff are trained to talk through your options and set up repayment arrangements which we aim to get you to a point where you pay your rent in advance.
