Convener: Janice Lyon – Janice joined the Management Committee in 2002. She served as the convener for many years until Sept 2022. A former Energy Manager for Aberdeen City Council, Janice also previously worked for a national Housing Association developing and managing supported accommodation. Janice has expertise in tackling fuel poverty and achieving affordable warmth for our tenants especially in rural areas. She was keen to get involved with Castlehill because of her interest in the provision of support services and design of housing and adaptations to be suitable for changing needs of individuals.
