Our Management Committee currently has 10 members, who are committed to the Castlehill objectives of the provision of high-quality housing and additional support for more vulnerable members of the community.
Paul King joined the Management Committee in 2016 having worked within the local community for many years. He is currently the convenor of the Corporate Services sub-committee. His work with individuals experiencing a wide range of complex needs gives him first-hand experience of the key role good quality housing can have on an individual’s quality of life. A qualified practitioner in health and social care for adults, he has provided support in various environments including Community Housing support, HMOs and residential and specialised units. Paul is also a tenant of Castlehill and feels he can use his first-hand experiences to improve Castlehill’s services and help encourage strategic decisions which have a real benefit for all tenants. Paul is committed to helping Castlehill maintain its commitment to affordable best quality services for all.
We’ve created a handbook with the help of tenants, for tenants. It has been designed as a guide to refer to at the start, during and at the end of your tenancy.
We have over 1900 properties across North East Scotland, including general needs, amenity, sheltered, very sheltered, mid-market rent and shared ownership.
