Matthew Reid is a qualified learning disability nurse and has held a variety of roles both managing and developing community-based learning disability and wider community services in the North East. Matthew has worked for over 20 years in development roles, including working with Langstane Housing from 2004 – 2018. Matthew was Head of Development at Inspire for 5 years and in July 2023 has taken on the role of Head of Services at Archway. Matthew joined the Management Committee because he wanted to continue to contribute to the local housing association sector, which he feels carries out such an important role in society.
