Our Management Committee currently has 9 members, who are committed to the Castlehill objectives of the provision of high-quality housing and additional support for more vulnerable members of the community.
Committee members are volunteers and bring a wide range of skills, expertise and perspective, pertinent to the complex work being carried out by the Association. The Committees’ knowledge has been greatly enhanced by tenant members who bring us first-hand experience and help us maintain our commitment to affordable, quality services for all. The Castlehill AGM will take place on 21 September 2020 at 2 pm. Key operational Sub Committees remit and the normal number of meetings in a year are listed below. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, meetings have been rescheduled and now take place via video calling. The revised timings for meetings is available here.
We offer a programme of review and evaluation for Committee members to ensure their contribution is to Castlehill is fully supported. Training is available to keep them up to date with all current governance issues and requirements. There is also a review process, which gives feedback on the effectiveness of contributions and provides a skills audit that identifies any potential weaknesses that may need to be addressed.
